With over two decades of progressive experience spanning from Clinical Research Associate to Clinical Operations Manager in the CRO sector, Joanne's career culminated as Head of Clinical Operations at Clinical Research Malaysia — one of the country's leading global trusted research management organisations.

She has a strong track record in clinical operation leadership, line management, and operational excellence. Following a planned career transition that included MBA studies and family caregiving responsibilities, Joanne is now re-engaging with the clinical research and healthcare sector through selected consulting and advisory work under ORRA Synergy.

Her current focus spans clinical operations effectiveness, study start-up readiness, SOP and process improvement, project coordination, and team mentoring — the areas where she has consistently delivered the most impact throughout her career.
